Glens Befriending Service
This FREE service is available to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Glen Urquhart or Strathglass and is experiencing loneliness or isolation. You can refer yourself, or be referred by a family member or a professional agency.
The process is simple: you’ll be matched with a befriender, and together you can agree on suitable times and activities. We are also keen to hear from people who would like to volunteer as befrienders. Training and expenses are provided.
