We are delighted to welcome Sarah Selby to our Glens Befriending Service team as our new Befriending Co-ordinator. With a deep passion for community service and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve, Sarah is the perfect addition to our family.

About Sarah: Sarah comes to us with a background in the Care sector working as Club Support, where she set up and ran new lottery funded clubs for the Elderly. Over the years Sarah has volunteered for a number of charities and community groups. This experience makes her exceptionally well-equipped to support our mission of fostering companionship and connection within our community. Her dedication to making a difference is truly inspiring.

What Does a Befriending Co-ordinator Do? As Befriending Co-ordinator, Sarah will be at the heart of our efforts to match individuals in need with compassionate volunteers. Her role will ensure that those who could benefit from a friendly face and a caring friend find just that through our service.
